Elon Musk, Talking AI While Puffing a Joint

A recent podcast with Elon Musk and YouTuber Joe Rogan has stirred a backlash with people commenting on Musk’s choice to take a puff of a marijuana joint.

With Tesla’s stocks plummeting and a departure of David Morton, chief accounting officer, it hasn’t been a great week for Elon Musk, leaving him with another controversy to drive out off.

Despite the fact that everything that Elon did was legal, does possessing more wealth and fame result in human curiosity being unjust?

The bias of the media can be shown here as a prime example. Missing out all the key knowledge that Musk had conveyed.

“It’s going to be very tempting to use AI as a weapon. In fact it will be used as a weapon”

An irrational development and usage of Artificial Intelligence will become out of human control. You may be thinking, how can an AI Assistant suddenly turn against us. But think about how much the government hides from us.

“The danger is gonna be more humans using it against each other”

With the constant discoveries and breakthroughs in computing, it will be a matter of time before AI inflicts harm. It really does depend on how we develop AI and what we use it for.

For the benefit of mankind, let’s focus on how to progress our civilisation into the future. Let’s focus on the countries that lack the bare necessities to live a successful life. We’ve got a lot of improvements to make, such as lowering the pollution that we put into our planet.

Heck, why not even put the government under the spotlight to stop war and conflict?

Let’s try to promote a safe development of AI, which would not put anyone at risk.

Earth will become a much better place if we focus on something more important than Elon Musk smoking a joint.
